Dudley's dyno allows him to quickly and accurately diagnose performance problems, by simulating the best "seat-of-your-pants" road testing right in the shop, problems are easily diagnosed in a fraction of the time. Every dyno run can show not only horsepower and torque, but also exact air/fuel ratio. This takes the guesswork out of fuelling adjustments. The air/fuel ratio graph shows a rich/lean condition at each RPM range during the dyno run. Measures of absolute pressure, air temperature, and relative humidity are used by the dynamometer software to correct power and torque measurements to standard atmospheric conditions.

Here's what the end result of an air-fuel run looks like. As you can see, the red horsepower graph dips at 4000 rpm, which also corresponds with the lean air/fuel ratio on the lower graph.
